About Our Band

This page will provide a brief overview of our band program.

The WLHS Band program began in 1956 with 20 students. Today, the program numbers nearly 90 band members and offers a variety of groups and small ensembles. Our philosophy is firmly rooted in the Word of God in that our students have a broad range of experiences with which to discover and develop their God-given musical gifts.
