Nancy L. Gittel (nee White) - Class of 1980 (Flute)
"Yes, I continue to play my flute at church in Worship Ensemble about once a month for a contemporary
service at Salem (107th Street). Occasionally I will play my flute for a close relative or friend's wedding and for
our church's Senior Choir and the SAB Choir at the WELS Administration Building. I also sing Soprano in both the choirs.
I still miss playing in the WLHS Band and pep bands and enjoyed playing at the Centennial Band Concert where the band alumni
were invited to play."
Jennifer Groth - Class of 2004 (Bass Clarinet/Tenor Sax)
"I am an Interior Architecture major at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. I play bass
clarinet for the Campus Band and I play tenor sax for Pep Band which performs at Men's Hockey and Men's Basketball games.
In November 2005 I was officially accepted into the Interior Architecture Major and in December I was inducted into the Gamma
Alpha chapter of Ph Upsilon Omicron, a National Honor Society for Family and Consumer Services."
Steven Kopitzke - Class of 2002 (Trombone)
Still going to school for Chemistry, working part time and playing for various community bands and ensembles.
Tim Kveen - Class of 2002 (Percussion)
Tim is a junior and attends Wisconsin Lutheran College. He went on the European Tour
with the College Choir in the spring of 2005
Amy Peavy - Class of 2004 (Flute)
"I am going to school at WLC. I am in Concert Band, Flute Choir, Handbells and I am take flute
lessons."
Nicole Schneider - Class of 2005 (Clarinet)
"I am attending UW-Madison as a zoology major. My sister Joanna is getting married and I am the
maid of honor! Yay!"
Erin Schnitker - Class of 2002 (Flute)
"I am going to school full-till at Milwaukee Area Technical College and working part-time. Starting
in January I will be starting my clinical work for Radiography."
